This is a cabachon fire opal which is approximately 1.30 carats surrounded with 8 brilliant cut diamonds and 4 baguette diamonds totalling approximately 0.64 carats all set in 18 carat white gold. The setting measures 13.87 mm The ring size is S but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace. Weight 4.57 grams
