This is a smart ring! It has a good coloured sapphire approximately 1.45 carats with 6 baguette diamonds on each shoulder. Diamonds total approximately 0.60 carats all set in 18 carat yellow gold. The setting measures 19.84 mm across. The ring size is M but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace. Weight 4.81 grams. This would make a lovely engagement ring.
