This pretty ring has 8.30mm pearl surrounded by 12 diamonds each Approximately 0.05 carats = 0.60 carats total. All set in platinum with an 18 carat yellow gold band. The setting measures 15.83 mm across. The ringside is N but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a Trace. Weight 4.73grams
