Oval Amethyst & Diamond Cocktail Ring

The oval facetted amethyst is approximately 22.75 carats. On each shoulder there are 3 diamonds which total 0.30 carats. All in a wonderful 18 carat gold setting and band. The ring size is J but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace. Weight 13.8 grams
