If you would like to go ahead and order a piece of jewellery with us please contact us by phone 07712657414 or via email. On the jewellery item page you will be able to find an ‘email to buy’ section this allows you to forward your contact details and item reference number. We will then contact you at the earliest opportunity to arrange payment.

Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment can only be accepted in pounds sterling however our currency converter can be used as a guide. All prices include VAT. We currently accept payment by card over the phone, by cash or cheque. We accept most leading credit cards except for American Express. Currently we do not facilitate a PayPal payment option. Once funds have been recieved we will forward a confirmation email and your goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity usually next working day.

Delivery

Once funds have been cleared we will dispatch your order at the earliest oppurtunity usually same day or next working day. Uk orders are shipped and insured free of charge. International charges apply and can be discussed prior. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. If you have any further questions regarding delivery please do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone.

Returns

It is extremely important to us that each and every customer is happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us via email or phone within 3 days of receipt of item for a courteous refund.

Returned items must be returned fully insured for the price paid in the same condition as dispatched without any alterations or damage. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the item. We will then confirm receipt of the returned items and refund by email. Items should be received within 7 days from notice or 14days for
international. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds exclude shipping fees.

Privacy Policy

Customer and potential customers information is never sold or traded. We believe this type of disclosure is violation of your privacy.  We may hold your details for internal record keeping and we may periodically email you newsletters or special offers.
