There are approximately 2 carats of invisibly set calibre cut sapphires in the heart surrounded by 26 diamonds approximately 0.03 carats and 10 diamonds approximately 0.01 carats on the loop. Total diamond content 0.88 carats. All set in 18 carat gold. The heart and loop measures one inch ( 2 cms) and 1 inch ( 2cms) wide. The very pretty chain measures 16 inches ( 41 cms) in length. Weight 8.88 grams
